The motor changes into linear motion through the transmission device of reducer(electric skateboard wireless remote control). Taking fd1-228 model engraving machine as an example, the output power of motor is 1.lkw, and the speed after deceleration is 18r / min. If the specified maximum ambient temperature or the actual maximum cooling medium temperature is within the range of 0-40 ℃(montainskateboard dual motor), the temperature rise limit will not be increased generally.


According to gb5171-87, the temperature rise limits of each part of general motors are listed in the table(6384 sensored motor). According to the different directions of the electromagnetic torque and speed of the motor, there are four operation states of the motor. If the specified motor is used in the range of 1000-4000m altitude(6355 or 6374 brushles motor), and the maximum ambient temperature is not specified, the temperature rise limit will not be corrected.

Then, according to the difference of ambient temperature at the test site, the corrected winding temperature rise limit is 85-85x (55-20) / 500 = 79.05k.
